Good but needs offline mode

Number Tracker is a fantastic free location tracking app overall, but I had to knock off a star because it doesn't work offline. I love getting notifications when my kids arrive or leave specific locations. However, when I'm in areas with poor reception or no internet, the app can't track locations, which can be frustrating. Despite this, it's still a reliable tool. Fix the offline issue, and it would be perfect!
