Geofencing issues

I've had some issues with the geofencing feature. It's supposed to notify me when my kids enter or leave designated areas, but it's been hit or miss. Sometimes I get alerts hours later, which defeats the purpose. I've contacted customer support, and while they were helpful, the geofencing still isn't as reliable as I'd hoped. If they can fix this, the app would be perfect

The Number Tracker app was a real savior during our recent family vacation! Traveling with kids can be a bit chaotic, but with this app it was so much easier to keep track of everyone.
