  1. Open the Messages app on your MacBook.

  2. Select the contact to whom you want to send your geolocation.

  3. In the message toolbar (usually the "+" icon), find the "Geolocation" option. If it is not present, make sure that extensions are enabled in the Message settings.

  4. Select "Send current Geolocation".

This is a one-time sending of coordinates, not a permanent exchange of movements.
