Takeout is a service that allows you to download a copy of all your data stored on Google. 

• Go to the Takeout website 

• Select "Location History"

• Specify the file format (for example, JSON or XML). 

• Click "Create export".

Download the archive with the location history. 

How to Use the Exported Data? 

You can upload them to cartographic programs to analyze your movements. It can be used to create personal maps and routes. Or you can just keep it as a backup just in case.
